At Wheels we forgo the gig economy and personally employ every Wheeler in order that we can guarantee every single one more than the UK living wage with opportunities to increase their income based on hard work and a positive attitude. As far as growth, internally we refer to our Wheelers as trainee Techs, Techs and Senior Techs depending on the hours of professional body training they have had. By the time our Wheelers graduate as a senior Tech they have over 100 hours of industry accredited training.
Our commitment to 100% internal growth and training also means our national growth comes from Wheelers being offered the opportunity to run teams and territories as part of our Dealer programme. Our Wheelers have a ton of fun thanks to our amazing culture, and make up to £1000 weekly, but once succeeding it is natural for one to want to see progression and growth in their career.
